Our Month-Of Coordination package ensures that when your big day arrives, you can focus on the moments that matter while the RSG team handles the rest. Starting 3 months before your wedding, your dedicated coordinator will step in to finalize details, communicate with your vendors, and manage your timeline seamlessly. On the day of, we’ll oversee every element—from setup to breakdown—so all you have to do is show up and celebrate.

- Regular check-ins starting 3-4 months out to keep everything on track.
- Dedicated services that begin 3 months prior to your wedding date, including unlimited email support from 3 months out.
- Vendor communication and management.
- Creation of your master timeline, wedding party timeline, and detailed floor plans.
- Final venue walkthrough to ensure every detail is perfectly aligned with your vision.
- Rehearsal leadership and day-of project management, including setup and breakdown.

Our Partial Planning package is designed for couples who’ve started the planning journey but need expert guidance to bring their vision to life. We’ll assist with vendor selections, contract reviews, and timeline creation while ensuring logistics stay on track. You’ll have the freedom to enjoy the process, knowing we’re right by your side to handle the rest.
